In the "no need for a squabble, let's move on" camp: the Guardian, the FT and the Independent. Sitting, uncomfortably, on the fence: the Times, which is unsure whether this is a "technical amending treaty" or "a constitution in all but name", but thinks a referendum is "almost inevitable".
